Henderson Hockey Training presents its 3rd Annual ‘Christmas with Henderson Hockey’ Camp focusing on Skills and Conditioning. This program is designed to focus on puck handling, shooting, passing, agility, quick feet and conditioning not to mention fun! Dry land training will be included and will consist of Pilates and other group fitness activities. There will also be the added value of two ‘hockey-life’ presentations including a Sports Psychologist and Naturopathic Doctor.

4 hours On-Ice Daily
1 hour Dry-Land Training Daily

Date: January 2nd - January 6, 2012 (inclusive)

Location: Iceland Arena, Mississauga

Time: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Ages 7 - 14 yrs)

Program:

7:00am - 8:00am - Drop off
8:00am - 10:00am - On Ice Skills & Conditioning
10:15am - 10:45am - Group Stretch/Chalk Talk
10:45am – 11:45am - Lunch
12:00pm - 2:00pm - On Ice Skills & Controlled Scrimmage
2:30 - 3:30pm – “Hockey-Life” Presentations / Dry land Training / Pilates Training
3:30pm - 4:30pm - Pick-up*

*Early drop-off and late pick-up available
